Bureau of Special Education Appeals

Join us for a free presentation by the Bureau of Special Education Appeals (BSEA) The BSEA Presentation will provide an overview of the special education mediation process. BSEA Mediator for Hudson will be presenting.
The Bureau of Special Education Appeals , which derives its authority from both federal and Massachusetts statutes and regulations (the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act; "IDEA"; MGL ch.71B; Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973) conducts due process hearings and renders Rulings and Decisions concerning eligibility, evaluation, placement, individualized education programs (IEP), provision of special education and procedural protections for students with disabilities.
Roundtable with Superintendent Dr Rodrigues
SEPAC Hudson and Dr Rodrigues are happy to announce the continuation of our “Roundtable” discussions. It provides an opportunity for parents to sit down with the Superintendent and have open dialogue.
